after repeated ink refillings of my only cartridge for my pentel brushpen (with a syringe), the device seems to have clogged. ink does not flow as freely and darkly as it used to... it's as if the pen is always backflipning out of ink. which i know it isn't.
what i was wondering is if anyone knew of a safe, effective way to clean out the brush so that it will work like new. i have grown quite attached to my brushpen over recent weeks, and can no longer see myself living without it. any help would be crucial to my happiness.
as ever, i am your, gabby

When clog mine up the same way, I just rinse it out with a little hot water and vinegar, and it's as good as new.

dude, you MUST stop re-filling the pen with ink that contains shellac. you will destroy it.
