Because you made an attempt, you're off the blacklist for 24 hours. You can't attack your target for one hour.
The target, however, is still free to attach THEIR target, and is not safe from the blacklist.
DAGOR is pleased. Keep up the good work.

Here is the tally: DEAD (there was a massacre at Elixir last night): Jess Gabby Sean Chris Alex BLACKLISTED: Dane Amanda Ann Jeff Cat Bryan e-mail me as soon as you've made an attempt and you will be off the blacklist! Until then, the Inquisitors will show no mercy. BONUS!! There is a 5x7 sheet of paper with the above image hidden in the Colodny Lab. If a dead player finds it, they can be RESURRECTED and rejoin the game with a new target. The rest of you, enjoy your last days. DAGOR

Rule reminder (since I have received e-mails from several people about this today)
Bombs must be planted on your target's person (pocket, backpack, etc.), not in houses or cars.
CLARIFICATION: The point of this rule is that you have to make contact with the person- like sneak something into their clothes or an object they often have with them. Putting bombs in stationary objects or sending them through the mail doesn't count.
Also, a person doesn't have to find the bomb for it to be a valid kill. You can inform the target they had a bomb hidden on them and are now dead once the time written on the bomb has "gone off".

So whoever tried to blow up the blender at the red house merely attempted to ruin deliciousness for everyone.

Also: No assassin-related activity is allowed during the Miriam Katin event at Dartmouth today. It counts as class time.

Agreed- remember cars are safe too, so travel to and from the event is also covered. Don't want anyone to be too scared of being killed to go to this.

?'s about bombs okay, so can they explode during class? say if one was placed on a person walking to class and detonated an hour later sitting in the classroom? and they can't be placed on a person while in one of the safe zones? or could they?

all Out of Bounds rules apply to bombs- can't be planted or explode in a safe zone, because...you know, you're supposed to be safe there. Bombs are mostly useful if you know someone is going to home a while, and you have the opportunity to slip one into their pocket or something.

NEW WEAPON!!
There are far too many people left alive, so I am allowing
COMBAT
How it works:
You challenge your target to a game (rock paper scissors, chess, arm wrestling, etc.), if you win, your target is dead. If you lose, you got an hour before you can attack again.
EACH PLAYER MAY ONLY USE THE COMBAT OPTION ONCE.
Good luck!

CLARIFICATION
If a target is challenged, they have to accept. HOWEVER, you may negotiate over what game is played.
